Thanks to the collaboration with Cascina Belvedere, Riseria di Vespolate has developed the process for the production of “Nerone Parboiled” rice, managing to maintain and guarantee all the characteristics of perfume and taste of this particular and refined rice;
The parboiling process allows to halve the cooking time and to keep alum and soft the grain of Nerone Rice, excellent to be tasted with fish and vegetables or garnish refined dishes, with taste and sympathy.
